But before going further, you’ll need to get rest and take the nutritious foods so that you will be more energized and ready for the rigorous activities.

But how about your body? To handle these challenges, you will need to get your body fueled and ready. What liquid that you drink? You will also consider what you drink. While we don’t recommend the sodas, alcohol, or soft drinks, you can stick to the pure water. We know that it is tasteless. But it is for the best. It can prevent the dehydration. You surely don’t want to end up your tour early just because you are dehydrated.

You might get tempted to try some local foods in the market since you think that it is a rare experience. But if you have SUP activity on your agenda, you should be wise in setting your schedule. Don’t eat the comfort foods before the day of the tour. That fatty, greasy, snacky foods will put you too tired and exhausted state. Of course, you will be happy to taste such delicacies. But you won’t be happy the next you get on your board.
