Whether you are expecting a race, tour, or just fun kauai paddle boarding experience, it will be better when you have a good fitness. You need to stay in shape so that you will conduct your SUP activity well. And more importantly, you will be having fun with your friends or family. To be in the peak fitness, you will need to build the stamina and strength needed to be successfully paddling your way through the Kauai waters. Keep in mind to pace yourself, take enough periods of sleep, and assess your body conditions.

 

One of the best workouts is the sprint interval training. The short training involves the high-intensity bursts of speed that you need to reach. This interval training is purposely suggested to produce lactic acid so that you will burn it more in another exercise. This will allow you to amplify more energy when exercising.
